When a customer orders and pays on this webshop, as a business we will fulfil the order as stipulated at the time of order. These conditions are confirmed by an email sent to the customer.
In the event that we cannot fulfil the order as expected and have not agreed to an accepted accommodation that is satisfactory to the customer, we will refund the customer's payment

Returns Policy
Once an order has been submitted and paid for, that order is deemed final. In normal circumstances that order is not eligible for a refund.
If a customer wishes to change or cancel an order they should contact us directly. While there is no guarantee we will be able to amend or cancel your order we will endeavour to find a mutually accepted solution.
All payments are made from the customer, cardholder directly to the merchant. ClickandCollection.com does not accept any payments from customers on behalf of the merchants. All refunds are the responsibility of the merchant.
